• SuperCom Online Services LLC is not liable for packages lost, delayed, held, or stuck in transit, or delivered in a damaged condition; all such risk transfers to the carrier and/or the Shipping Client upon tender to the carrier.
• SuperCom's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any shipping service or label shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific label giving rise to the claim.
• In no event shall SuperCom be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages in connection with shipping services, including loss of profits, business, or goods.
