All orders are processed and fulfilled from our multiple warehouse locations across the United States, including:

This strategic distribution ensures optimal shipping speeds based on your proximity to the nearest fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Within the United States (USA)

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Delivery Time: 3–4 business days

  • Carrier Options: FedEx, USPS, DHL, or UPS (depending on region and order size)

  • Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched

⚡ Express & Optional Premium Services

  • 1-Business Day Express Shipping

  • Saturday Delivery (if eligible in your area)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off will ship the next business day.

3. Shipping to Canada

We proudly ship to customers across Canada with a customer-friendly, duty-inclusive model.

  • Delivery Time: 5–9 business days (depending on province)

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We cover all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance — no surprise fees upon delivery

  • Tracking provided after shipment

✈️ Express Air Shipping (Optional)

  • Carrier: FedEx International Priority or DHL Express

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

  • Additional cost applies and is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery region

We currently do not offer COD or local pickup options for Canadian customers.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day

  • Processing does not occur on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

  • Any delays (due to high volume, backorders, etc.) will be promptly communicated via email

7. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer refuses delivery:
