At SuperCom Online Services LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return policy that complies with consumer protection laws in both the United States (CCPA) and Canada (PIPEDA).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Drinkware & Wellness: Copper water bottles, tumblers, copper pitchers, combo sets
  • Kitchen Appliances: Mixer grinders, wet grinders, meat grinders
  • Cookware: Hawkins, Prestige, and Ultra pressure cookers
  • Home Essentials & Gadgets: Turbo Air Duster, projectors, self-stirring mugs
  • Storage & Containers: Copper jars, canisters, spice boxes

❌ Non-returnable Items:

  • Products that are used, washed, scratched, or damaged
  • Personal-use and hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
  • Digital downloads or e-gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products (unless defective)

Returned products must be unused, in resalable condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

2. Return Window

You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days of receiving the item, based on delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Returns outside the 30-day window may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. How to Initiate a Return – SuperCom Return Center

All return requests must be initiated through our self-service return portal:

Steps:

  1. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
  2. Select item(s) to return, choose the return reason, and submit the request.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Pack the item securely, include the RMA confirmation, and affix the label.
  5. Drop it off at the specified carrier within 7 business days of receiving the return label.

📦 Return shipping is 100% free – SuperCom covers the return label cost for all eligible orders.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or variation (where applicable), subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, choose the appropriate option during the return request via the SuperCom Return Center.

5. International Returns (Canada Customers)

Customers in Canada may also return eligible products under the same policy:

  • Prepaid return label will be issued via the SuperCom Return Center
  • Duties and taxes paid at the time of original purchase will not be refunded
  • We are not responsible for delays or duties levied on return shipments outside the USA

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@supercomonlineservice.com with photos and order details.

In such cases:

  • We will issue a 100% full refund or replacement
  • A free return label will be provided
  • You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs

7. Lost or Undelivered Returns

Please use the tracking number provided with your return label to monitor shipment status. If your return is lost in transit, contact us immediately at info@supercomonlineservice.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Refund Eligibility Upon Return

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days
  • If rejected (due to ineligibility or misuse), you will be notified via email
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

9. Policy Updates

This Return Policy may be updated at our discretion. We encourage customers to review it periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” listed above.
